Fees and Payment

Fees are generally collected at the time of service and depend on the services provided. Fees are comparable to other professionals in the Bay area.

If Dr. Platt is not contracted with your insurance carrier, you may be eligible for an out-of network benefit if you have a PPO-type medical insurance plan.

Insurance forms are provided for reimbursement if you choose to use insurance. A Sliding Fee Scale is available.

Telephone Consultation and Evaluation Process:

Please call to see if Dr. Platt can help you. She is available to speak with you or meet with you for 20-30 minutes without charge to answer questions and see if you are comfortable working with her.

The first two to three sessions are used to evaluate, assess and develop collaborative treatment goals for your work with Dr. Platt in therapy.
